Disney just let go of a long-time employee whose latest creation failed at the box office. You have just been hired as the replacement! Your job is to design a new character for a blockbuster film to be released the summer of 2013. Your character can be ANYTHING that incorporates life-like characteristics, i.e eyes, nose, mouth, etc....(Basically, you need to bring it to life!) Your character must be an ORIGINAL design - DO NOT COPY a character that already exists. This drawing should be done using markers to mimic the bold, rich colors found in animation. Be sure to always begin with a pencil drawing, however!

I run over fields and woods all day. Under the bed at night I sit not alone. My tongue hangs out, up and to the rear, awaiting to be filled in the morning. What am I?
Yep, you guessed it, your final drawing of the year is to create a realistic drawing of a shoe.
You must choose a shoe that best represent your personality. Ask yourself the question, if I were a shoe, what would I be? Be sure to create the drawing as realistically as possible. Begin with pencil, then you may add color using markers or colored pencils.
On the back of your drawing, please answer the following question:
How does the shoe you drew, represent you?
